Nail-Q is genuinely excellent! From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you warmly and makes you feel welcome! The space is spotless and beautifully organized, with everything from tools to polish colors clearly arranged. The technicians are skilled, attentive, and take real pride in their work, whether it’s a simple manicure or something more detailed. Appointments run on time, the vibe is relaxed but professional, and the whole team is friendly! It’s the kind of place where you can tell they care about quality and consistency! Highly recommend if you want a reliable, comfortable spot that treats you well every single visit.

I am a business owner myself too, so giving a 1 star review would hurt this business. Here is my feedback— I had a very good experience with Mindy last time and I booked with her again. Okay so today came my appointment I booked. I came on time, I didnt see Mindy, but the lady with the phone headset was busy with another client on the chair with 2 more ladies (hispanics). The 2 ladies were friendly and said hello. The other lady that has the headphone never bothered to look. Anyway, that’s fine. 1 minute of awkward standing, no one bothered asking what I need, then I said, “Hi, Excuse me, I have an appointment with Mindy”. No one responded. And then, ofcourse, thinking they didnt hear me, I repeated myself. The girl with the headset probably got annoyed and then Looked at me (no smile), said, “sit down”. No please, no hi, no saying yes-she’s- here-you-can-wait-and-sit-she’ll-be right-out. Nope. Guess what? I didn’t wait, I didn’t say anything, I just left. I don’t like going in to another place just to be ignored and disrespected. At the same time, I do not want to ruin their business by giving them a negative 1 star.. so therefore a 4 star should be sufficient. I wished I can still see Mindy somewhere else. Even if she can be in NJ, I would go to her.

Amazing staff! I go for my mani-pedi and eyebrow waxing. They always do a great job with all of it. They’re very clean and detail-oriented. Thank you!
